Their popularity has rekindled a culture which is taking girls by storm… or wave, and promoting the love of the sea and all her creatures.

The Oceanika MerFin is a unique mermaid mono-fin. The MerFins are made with recycled rubber, and are the original eco friendly fin. The MerFin is soft, flexible and functional and will give you the speed and agility of any fish in the ocean. Established in 2011, Jophiel is a fashion label based in Adelaide, South Australia, that stems from a sophisticated and tranquil frame of mind, translating itself into a lifestyle of richness and beauty. Jophiel’s collections are composed of diverse textures and structural compositions that are heard through colours of a lesser volume.

The Winter 2012 collection includes capes, ponchos, blazes, pants, skirts and long-line tees and knits. Luxe fabrics such as leather, fur and wool are a focus. Co-owner and designer, Lucy MacGill describes the new range as “age appropriate but stylish – that’s what women want”.
